FVP Brake Calipers are remanufactured using an industry leading process to improve performance and reliability. From teardown to testing, each unit goes through a carefully controlled rebuilding process to ensure the highest quality remanufactured caliper on the market.

Carefully controlled teardown, inspection and rebuilding process based on OE specifications
Application-specific cable guides, brackets, return springs and hardware are included where applicable
Every threaded part and bleeder hole is chased to restore threads to original specs to eliminate cross threading
All rubber components are sourced from OE-level manufacturers to restore to like-new condition and performance
Phenolic pistons are always replaced
Caliper bodies are dipped in an anticorrosive emulsion to protect from surface corrosion
100% leak tested using the same testing equipment as OE calipers
